Who we are

Kim is the President, CEO, and Owner of ATV Venture Title. She has a rich history of experience in the real estate and accounting industry. Kim is a licensed CPA for the State of NC, a licensed real estate accountant and real estate agent. She also spent 8 years as the Chief Financial Officer for Jeff Gordon, Inc. Kim is an ideal leader with a passion for entrepreneurship, learning, and ultimately helping people and building relationships.

Kim currently lives in Harrisburg, NC and is a proud wife and mother of 3.

Scott has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He began his career with local title companies. From there, Scott went on to work with national settlement companies, which eventually led him to ATV Venture Title and Affiliated Title Services as the Director of Operations. He oversees all policy production, settlement, underwriting, compliance, and daily business while maintaining the satisfaction and needs of all our partners.

Scott is a proud father of 2 (almost fully grown humans) and he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Outside of work he also enjoys running, traveling, reading as much as possible.
