Kim Thompson

President and CEO

Kim is the President, CEO, and Owner of Venture Title. She has a rich history of experience in the real estate and accounting industry. Throughout her career, Kim has worked as a certified public accountant and real estate agent. She also spent 8 years as the Chief Financial Officer for Jeff Gordon, Inc. Kim is an ideal leader with a passion for entrepreneurship, learning, and ultimately helping people and building relationships.

Kim currently lives in Harrisburg, NC and is a proud wife and mother of 3.

Scott Gerlach

Director of Operations

Scott has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He began his career with local title companies. From there, Scott went on to work with national settlement companies, which eventually led him to Venture Title and Affiliated Title Ventures. Scott has an extensive background and knowledge in the realms of title, underwriting, licensing and compliance. As the Director of Operations, he oversees all aspects of the company and works with the team to develop the business while maintaining the satisfaction and needs of all our partners.

Scott is a proud father of 2 (almost fully grown humans) and he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Outside of work he also enjoys running, traveling, reading as much as possible.

Keaton Shaheen

Project Manager

Keaton has an extensive background in marketing, sales, and project management. As ATV Title's Project Manager, Keaton works in a flexible, ever-changing environment. He is currently managing the development, testing, and launch of two innovative web applications that will increase revenue and expand business relationships. Keaton facilitates decision-making on complex issues and delivers timely communication to his colleagues, external engineering teams, and business partners.

Keaton received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from UNC Charlotte. In his free time, Keaton enjoys spending time with his family and friends, making music, and playing tennis.
